Symphony #1

Even though I have composed numerous pieces for orchestra over the years, I have not entitled any of them "Symphony" because I have too much respect for the form. By march of 2016 I finally felt ready to take the symphonic plunge. This new large symphonic work is in progress and will eventually be comprised of 4 movements.

This recording is of the third movement of my new symphony. I tacked it on as the last movement of the "Pictures for Rose" for that performance. Hey... when there is an orchestra that features a harp playing your music take advantage of that!
